Join the #TeamNordex Contract Manager : REQUISITION ID : LOCATION : Sede São Paulo, BR, DEPARTMENT : Project Management (Site Management / Erection / IResponsible to lead in alignment with the Project Manager the correct follow up of the contractual PM / EPC activities for the Region, ensuring the compliance of the conditions and scope of the contract according to the company policies and procedures, supporting the PM on the Customer's contractual interface during the change management processes, ensuring the achievement of the contractual baselines and requirements established in the contracts. Tasks : Responsible for the correct follow up of the contractual PM activities, ensuring the compliance of the conditions and scope of the contract according to the company policies and procedures. The effective planning, organization, coordination, and control of holistic commercial aspects of the Project providing high-level feedback to CPM / PM / SM. Responsible for Leading and managing the SC(s), for collaborative effort in the creation and maintenance of the relationships with customers and subcontractors on the project and all correspondence and documentation related to the contract administration / management. Ensuring all contract notices / alerts, and change management requests are submitted (qualified, substantiated, and quantified, & agreed). Manage all communications and correspondence with Customers, supporting the PM to follow the contractual requirements and company procedures. Assisting PM on the pass-through change management process from Project to Customer and vice-versa, ensuring that the contractual conditions are followed. Manage and record of any financial instrument, such as Bonds, Insurance or similar from subcontractors in alignment with the Site Controller, Treasury and CPM. Support the PM on customer relationships, leading to greater customer satisfaction. Work closely with the PM to manage risk and opportunity within projects, including strategies, action plans and follow-up. Support the PM to prepared and negotiate on change orders and additional works not included in the scope of the contract. Ensure in support to PM the contract management plan implementation at the project level. Visit the project sites to follow up the project progress and align the contractual and commercial strategy with the Site Contract Manager. Provide support in the bidding phase by providing support to the Department. Qualification : Complete degree in engineering, administration, or law. MBA or Post Graduation in Project Management or Business Administration or Contract Management. Fluent / advanced in English and advanced / intermediate in Spanish. Availability to travel.
