The Trade Marketing Team is a growing function in the Sales and Marketing Organization at Allurion. Our goal is clear: Support our Key Accounts and Distributors to drive efficient consumer demand for the Allurion Program.
The **Allurion Trade Marketing Manager **owns for the development of the Marketing and Communications strategy of the Brazil/LATAM Region and supports trade marketing efforts in other global countries. For Brazil, the **Trade Marketing Manager **will work alongside our Brazil/LATAM Sales Leadership Team as well as local Distributor Partners. The **Trade Marketing Manager** is required to understand, identify and execute growth opportunities (online and offline) in the region.
The **Trade Marketing Manager** will own the development of the channel marketing and communication strategy in the Brazil/LATAM region, including but not limited to SEO strategy for local Allurion website, and validation of agency translations for Clinic and Patient Marketing material. You will own the relationship with our Brazil/LATAM distribution partners to ensure they have the marketing support, execute effective marketing campaigns and have access to marketing tools needed to drive effective patient demand in their respective countries. You will also work alongside our Distributor Partners, Sales Leadership and local KOLs to execute New Prospect events - both virtual and in-person.
You will also support our Brazil/LATAM distributors, alongside the wider Allurion Trade Marketing team, in developing global initiatives that will improve brand consistency and Clinic demand generation.
You will also support the Marketing efforts of our top clinics globally through training and education initiatives to help the clinics improve patient conversion rates and drive demand generation for the Allurion Program. For selected top Clinics, you will work with Physicians, Clinic Marketing Teams and Agencies in developing annual marketing plans and recommendations to grow their Clinics through efficient and effective digital Marketing - including but not limited to - social & search strategy, creative strategy, website & SEO.
You will also help to identify best in class Allurion Global Clinic Marketing and work with clinics to quantify the impact of their marketing initiatives and share this across the wider Sales and Marketing organization. You will also support the ideation and development of product-lead social media assets to be shared with our clinics globally.
**As a Trade Marketing Manager, your responsibilities include,**

Overall marketing localization (30%)
- Review and support digital team with localization of D2C assets (landing pages, ads, copywriting)
- Review and support brand team with localization of in-clinic assets
- Review, Support and development (with the brand team) of HCP and patient testimonials
- Influencer management in these markets - Allurion lead and clinic lead
- Ensure Allurion distributor marketing adheres to Allurion brand guidelines and messaging.
- Clinic & distributor marketing - driving demand and practice development management (65%)
- Consult and advise clinics on coop marketing investment through tailored marketing plans
- Work with field team clinics to upgrade to higher coop levels through implementation of these plans.
- Proactivity work alongside field team with high potential accounts - developing pitch documents & pitching
- Consult and advise distributors on marketing to ensure their marketing reimbursement is invested correctly.
- Training and education of the Allurion field Sales team & distributors and clinics
- Continuous feedback on best practice to the trade marketing and sales team. What works, what doesn't and analyze why
- Supporting Upstream marketing on Voice-of-Customers (5%)
- Provide regular and ongoing support and feedback on our products to Upstream marketing team.
**What we are looking for in you,**
- Proficiency in add language here
- 3+ years growth hacking or online marketing experience in SEM, social media advertising in a digital marketing agency, start-ups, medical device or in the beauty/wellness/luxury industry with a stellar record
- Wellness/consumer health innovation & industry enthusiast
- Creative and eager to innovate
- Well versed in Google Ads, social media marketing and GSuite; good expertise in SEO
- Eye for detail
- Self-motivated, with an ability and interest to work in a fast-growing company and constantly changing environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive with attention to detail, efficient at multi-tasking and work independently
- Strong organizational skills with impeccable execution
- Strong presentation skills
- Team player with a good sense of humor
- Bonus: if you have design skills (Photoshop, Indesign, etc.)
- Must be based in Brazil
- Willingness to travel 20% of the time
