Our digital nomad team of more than 1200 professionals works all over the world. Together, we are solving the prevalent problem of loneliness and shaping Social Life 3.0 — a new digital reality where people will be able to fulfill their needs for communication and attention from other people and artificial life forms.

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer.

Your main tasks will be:

  • UI/UX Design, Interaction Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functional. Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma;
  • Visual Design: Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across all product interfaces. Ensure that all visual elements adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience;
  • Design System maintenance and enhancement;
  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders. Create detailed UI documentation for the IT department;
  • Presentations and Recommendations: Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives. Produce written reports summarizing data analysis;
  • Implementation Support: Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes. Gather data to assess the impact of implemented changes;
  • Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Provide detailed design documentation, assets, and specifications to support the development process;
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics, and other data sources. Continuously seek opportunities to refine and enhance the user experience.

We expect from you:

  • Experience working with product teams as a Senior UX Designer;
  • Experience in business-driven UI redesign;
  • Ability to provide high-quality Design and Technical documentation;
  • Experience with both product metrics and UX metrics to shape your decisions;
  • Experience with Figma, JIRA, and Confluence;
  • Being a self-starter: you thrive on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight;
  • B2+ or higher level of English proficiency;
  • C1+ level of Russian proficiency;
