Product Marketing Operations Assistant

**Product Marketing Operations Analyst**
This role will be based in our Brazil office.
**What you'll do**:
- Support all aspects of investment launches on the platform, ranging from deal set up to final syndication.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve investment offering processes and workflows.
- Develop and maintain documentation, guidelines, and best practices for marketing operations.
- Gather and analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Support project management on key initiatives, including investment product launches, go-to-market plans, and investment syndication.
- Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track marketing performance metrics, including campaign KPIs, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Proficiency in business intelligence systems (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Heap)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from marketing data.
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Advanced speaking english level.
