**What are we looking for**:
- 4+ years of experience with Laravel, specifically with Laravel 8 and above.
- Experience with: Eloquent ORM, Laravel Authentication, Laravel Query Builder.
- Experience with testing tools, such as Pest, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, Playwright.
- Experience with InertiaJS and Restful APIs in Laravel.
- Experience with frontend development (Reactjs, Vuejs, Livewire, etc).
- Bonus points if you have experience with Tailwindcss.
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon, both regarding estimates and the general process.
- Ability to identify with Bluelight's clients' goals and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
- A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Forensic attention to detail.
