**Role**: Freelancer - Online Teaching (Grade K-12)**Mode**: 100% Remote (Flexible timings)**Responsibilities**:Below are some of the responsibilities a teacher is expected to assume in their position:- Creating educational material and lesson plans in order to achieve target objectives based on established curriculum.- Teaching one-on-one and group sessions, adapting teaching material, learning environment, and styles to match student ability.- Grading assignments, as well as providing detailed feedback to students to provide guidance and track student's progress.- Conducting examinations in accordance with all exam guidelines.**Required Qualification**:- Detailed knowledge and experience in teaching (K-12) students.- 1+ years of experience in teaching / online teaching for Grade K-12 students preferred.- Excellent communication skills.**About Orchard**:An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer/Minority/Female/ADA/Veterans Employer.**Job Type**: Part-time
