**HAAC Brasil****Day to day**:
- Make decisions on Credit Applications and Loan Strategy Reports (Recovery Memos) within the country approval limits;
- Ensure timely and quality submission to the Regional Risk Committees;
- Actively participate in transaction structuring with stakeholders (commercial, credit, legal, asset management);
- Monitor portfolio performance, implement controls, analyze portfolio quality trends, and proactively identify vulnerable sectors;
- Ensure the correct handling of FEC alerts, and the execution of the Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes appropriately;
- Coordinate, lead, and oversee the implementation of Global Risk policies in the country;
- Actively participate in HACC initiatives/projects;
- Lead, manage, and coach members of the managed teams.

**Esentials**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field is required. A Master's degree in a related area is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, managing teams of credit analysts and with experience at collections and recovery knowledge;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills;
- Highly adaptable to changing environments;
- Strong collaboration skills, with a proven ability to establish internal and external relationships at various organizational levels;
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with a strong sense of teamwork;
- Proactive and self-motivated;
- Lead by example and in accordance with the DLL's future leader profile.
