Resumo da PosiçãoComo Administrador(a) de Banco de Dados (DBA), você será responsável por projetar, implantar, configurar e manter sistemas de banco de dados, garantindo a segurança, integridade e disponibilidade das informações. Sua atuação incluirá desde otimização de performance, backup e recuperação, segurança e automação de rotinas, até o suporte a desenvolvedores e times de operações de TI. Principais ResponsabilidadesProjetar, instalar, configurar e manter sistemas de banco de dados (Oracle e PostgreSQL);Monitorar, otimizar performance e resolver incidentes relacionados a bancos de dados;Garantir segurança e integridade dos dados, implementando controles de acesso, backups e planos de recuperação;Executar planos de disaster recovery para manter a disponibilidade durante falhas ou indisponibilidades;Mapear e refinar modelos conceituais, lógicos e físicos de banco de dados;Documentar padrões, procedimentos e definições de metadados;Controlar permissões e privilégios de acesso;Automatizar tarefas administrativas recorrentes;Colaborar com desenvolvedores e times de projeto para atender necessidades de banco de dados;Realizar capacity planning e manter rotinas de armazenamento e arquivamento de dados;Apoiar usuários e desenvolvedores na resolução de problemas técnicos;Criar relatórios, dashboards e visualizações a partir de dados;Estar disponível para plantões on-call quando necessário. Requisitos:Graduação em Ciência da Computação, TI ou áreas correlatas;5+ anos de experiência em administração, implantação e tuning de bancos de dados;Vivência com backup, disaster recovery, otimização de performance e segurança de dados;Forte conhecimento em Oracle e PostgreSQL;Habilidade de análise e solução de problemas de forma ágil;Boa comunicação e colaboração para atuar em equipes multidisciplinares. Diferenciais (Nice to Have)Experiência em migração de Oracle para PostgreSQL;Atuação em ambientes multi-geográficos;Automação de tarefas administrativas de banco de dados;Certificações como Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) ou Postgres Certification (CPSDBA);Experiência em bancos de dados em nuvem (Amazon RDS, Azure).
