Esta é uma posição de alto impacto para alguém que valoriza ownership, colaboração e entregar valor mensurável. Esta pessoa terá a responsabilidade de conduzir trabalhos analíticos desafiadores, liderar uma equipe de analistas de dados para construir e entregar produtos de dados de alta qualidade e atuar em parceria com outras áreas para moldar e executar a estratégia de produto. É essencial possuir fortes habilidades analíticas, capacidade de liderança e experiência com grandes volumes de dados. O candidato ideal tem 5+ anos de experiência em análise de dados, forecasting ou business intelligence, incluindo 1-2 anos em posição de gestão ou liderança. É necessária proficiência em SQL, Python, Pyspark ou outras linguagens, bem como experiência com Github e Databricks.

Responsibilities
  • Own data strategy and execution for a portfolio of high-impact data products
  • Operate as a player-coach, setting a high bar for quality, speed, and innovation
  • Work with massive amounts of data to help answer investor key questions about the sectors we cover and datasets we analyze
  • Tackle complex data problems using analytical skills to optimize methodologies, test new datasets, and solve data-related problems
  • Drive standardization, simplification, and improvements to our data pipelines and workflows
  • Partner cross-functionally with other teams to uncover and execute on opportunities to further drive customer value and optimize processes and pipelines
Qualifications
  • 5+ anos de experiência em data analytics, forecasting ou business intelligence
  • 1-2 anos de experiência em gestão ou atuação de liderança
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python, Pyspark, or other programming languages
  • Experiência com Github e Databricks
  • Fortes habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de trabalhar e gerenciar projetos com stakeholders
  • Capacidade de abordar problemas complexos de forma lógica e decisiva
