Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

About this role:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our global supply chain operations. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and strategic thinking to ensure seamless execution of our business strategy.

  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies that drive efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage global inventory levels, forecasting, and demand planning to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Management

  • Optimize order flow from purchase order to delivery across all markets.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers and warehouses to maintain service level agreement performance.
  • Ensure seamless restocks and product transfers across regions.

Supplier and Inventory Leadership

  • Proactively manage lead times, quality, and cost with suppliers.
  • Oversee freight and logistics operations, including customs, tariffs, and payment terms.
  • Negotiate timelines and payment terms balancing speed with capital efficiency.

Visibility, Dashboards, and Decision Support

  • Develop internal dashboards showing real-time inventory and supply chain health.
  • Track key performance indicators: inventory turnover, fulfillment times, landed cost, aging inventory, etc.
  • Share actionable insights with leadership to inform purchasing, pricing, and promo strategy.

Strategic Initiatives and Cost Optimization

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities across shipping, warehousing, and procurement.
  • Partner with Finance to align purchasing with cash flow and profitability goals.
  • Support Marketing with inventory-driven campaign recommendations.
