This Position reports to : Manufacturing Unit Manager Position Mission Are you passionate about efficiency data and process transformation ABB is looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst to join the Electrification division. This position plays a strategic role in enhancing operational excellence across the Supply Chain function supporting decision-making and implementing data-driven solutions that improve performance automation and reliability across the supply chain. Your Responsibilities Implement Quality and Operational Excellence (Q&OpEx) strategies setting targets tracking KPIs and correcting deviations. Provide actionable data and insights to planning and purchasing teams to support strategic decisions. Serve as the main point of contact for resolving operational issues with effective solutions. Manage the SQL Server environment and maintain routines views and queries. Monitor supplier performance and develop corrective and preventive action plans. Your Background Bachelors degree in Engineering IT Business Administration or Data-related fields. Experience with Excel Power BI SAP Snowflake VBA and SQL. Advanced knowledge in data analysis and operational performance indicators. Strong communication negotiation and continuous improvement leadership skills. Nice to Have Knowledge of Supply Chain Quality and Supplier Management processes. What We Offer Hybrid working model combining home office and in-office days.
