- Inspecionar componentes, produtos ou processos, de forma a garantir a conformidade dos itens verificados, de acordo com os planos de inspeção ou controle. Registrar todos os desvios detectados, emitir relatório de não conformidade e encaminhar para o devido responsável, conforme procedimento. Acompanhar a tomadas de ações para os itens identificados. Identificar todo material com não conformidades reais ou potenciais e segregar em área definida para este propósito;
- Prestar atendimento a clientes internos e externo (quando necessários), esclarecer dúvidas e informar sobre procedimentos, regras e informações referente à qualidade do produto. Criar e sugerir melhorias em processos e tecnologias para o setor;
- Auditar processos, peças e produtos quando necessário, realizando testes de acordo com os procedimentos sejam eles, da qualidade, operacionais, instruções de trabalho ou ajuda visual;
