Merchant Operations SR Analyst – 99 Join to apply for the Merchant Operations SR Analyst role at 99 . About the Company DiDi 99 is a leading mobility and digital payments platform. Since 2018, we have generated value for users, communities, and society through innovative solutions in mobility, delivery, and payments. Responsibilities Ensure the quantity and quality of merchant supply while continuously optimizing merchant operations. Acquisition Planning: Analyze merchant performance, identify growth opportunities across dimensions, and guide the BD team to acquire high‑value merchants. Operation Policies: Adjust policies to improve merchant supply quality, resolve merchant issues, boost merchant connectivity and productivity, and ensure healthy platform operations. Merchant Promotion: Develop promotion strategies, leverage subsidy resources, and collaborate with the BD team for implementation. Micro‑Market Competition: Design competitive maps and exclusive strategies for key merchants to increase market share in target areas. Cross‑Team Collaboration: Work with the Delivery team to balance supply and demand, and improve delivery experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above; 5+ years of relevant experience in internet merchant strategy, business analysis, or related fields. Strong logical and structured thinking, skilled in summarizing and refining information; data‑sensitive with basic data analysis skills. Honest, good communicator, collaborative, self‑motivated. Proficient in English as a working language. Preferred Qualifications Experience in international business. Proficient in SQL. Outgoing personality. Willingness to be assigned overseas.
