Merchant Operations SR Analyst – 99 Join to apply for the Merchant Operations SR Analyst role at 99 . About the Company DiDi 99 is a leading mobility and digital payments platform. Responsibilities Ensure the quantity and quality of merchant supply while continuously optimizing merchant operations. Acquisition Planning: Analyze merchant performance, identify growth opportunities across dimensions, and guide the BD team to acquire high‑value merchants. Operation Policies: Adjust policies to improve merchant supply quality, resolve merchant issues, boost merchant connectivity and productivity, and ensure healthy platform operations. Merchant Promotion: Develop promotion strategies, leverage subsidy resources, and collaborate with the BD team for implementation. Micro‑Market Competition: Design competitive maps and exclusive strategies for key merchants to increase market share in target areas. Cross‑Team Collaboration: Work with the Delivery team to balance supply and demand, and improve delivery experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above; 5+ years of relevant experience in internet merchant strategy, business analysis, or related fields. Strong logical and structured thinking, skilled in summarizing and refining information; data‑sensitive with basic data analysis skills. Honest, good communicator, collaborative, self‑motivated. Proficient in English as a working language. Preferred Qualifications Experience in international business. Proficient in SQL. Outgoing personality. Willingness to be assigned overseas.
