What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Area Managers along the East Coast
  • Coach the team to meet performance metrics, ensuring accountability for sales volume and growth
  • Co-travel with area managers to enhance sales skills and implement best practices
  • Serve as the point of escalation for key accounts and high-priority provider relationships
  • Collaborate with corporate partners and internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in dental, healthcare, or B2B2C financial services
  • Proven ability to manage distributed teams and consistently achieve quota attainment
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills focused on accountability and measurable outcomes
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive-level discussions
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
