**REQUIREMENTS**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Conduct meetings with Hiring Managers to discuss existing and upcoming recruitment needs in close cooperation with the HR Business Partner.
- Draft, align and post job advertisements on various channels.
- Attract top talent through job fairs, social media, campus recruiting and tactical grassroot campaigns.
- Screens resumes and create a long-list to discuss with Hiring Manager.
- Provide information about the status of all recruiting projects to the HR Business Partner, Head of Talent Acquisition and Head of Human Resources as well as the Hiring Manager.
- Maintain a high sense of urgency with filling positions and ability to manage multiple positions at one time.
- Manage quality and effectiveness of the Applicant Tracking System.
**QUALIFICATIONS OR SKILLS**:
- Degree in Human Resources Tecnologist (or equivalent)
- Relevant experience in full cycle Recruiting.
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.
- Must have strong organization and time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Ability to maintain highly confidential nature of human resource information.
