• Manage the production, maintenance, warehouse and process engineering.
• Implement the right processes and practices across the operations.
• Formulating strategy, improving performance, and securing compliance.

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience in strategic planning and operational process implementation.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Familiarity with financial and business principles.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or related fields.
• MBA or other advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
