Enterprise System Specialist

Job Opportunity The ideal candidate will design and implement system enhancements, reports, and interfaces programs using the latest technology owned by the organization's corporate applications team. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) resource for Enterprise One, they will support processes and implement improvements, ensuring appropriate controls are in place and integrating data for decision makers and business stakeholders. The role will focus on global systems implementation, initially in the LatAm and UK/EMEA regions. Responsibilities include: Serving as a subject matter expert developer for Enterprise One associated with functionality, content, processes, and procedures. Gathering business requirements and implementing a global standard design for the Global Systems Implementation of system enhancements, reports, and interfaces with other Gallagher applications. Assisting with the design and implementation of operational and system enhancements to ensure production capabilities are both effective and efficient. Ensuring system development deliverables are completed on time and bug free. Required Skills Technical experience of Enterprise One 9.1 or higher, including application configuration and development. Experience with Enterprise One Localization implementations, preferably for LatAm countries. Strong financial applications, analysis, and issue resolution (trouble shooting) skills. Work Traits Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work at a fast pace and cope with conflicting deadlines.
