Responsibilities:

-Analyze customer behavior and performance data using Amplitude and SQL to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.

-Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards in Amplitude to track key business metrics.

-Develop clear reports and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for decision-makers.

-Monitor data accuracy and consistency, flag anomalies, and collaborate with the teams to resolve issues.

-Evaluate marketing and funnel performance, including acquisition cost efficiency and ROAS.

-Identify patterns and correlations in customer behavior to support growth and retention strategies.

-Provide ad hoc analysis to answer specific business questions or validate hypotheses.

-Support tracking setup and improvements to ensure data accuracy.

Must-Haves:

-Daily hands-on experience with Amplitude.

-Strong proficiency in SQL.

-Expertise in data visualization (Amplitude dashboards).

-Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.

Nice-to-Haves:

-Basic Python scripting for data manipulation.

-Experience detecting and troubleshooting inaccurate data.

-Knowledge of tracking setup (e.G., GTM).

-Understanding of ROAS.

-Experience with eCommerce/DTC data.

-Familiarity with subscription metrics (LTV, churn).

-Average Order Value (AOV)

-Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

-Lifetime Value (LTV)

-Churn

-Return on Ad Spend (ROAS – nice to have)
