AI Leadership Opportunity We're seeking a visionary Machine Learning Engineering Manager to spearhead the development of large-scale AI systems. This exciting role combines technical expertise with strong leadership and execution skills, driving business impact through measurable AI initiatives. Lead and mentor high-performing teams in ML engineering, data science, and MLOps. Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles: data pipelines, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. Provide strategic direction for distributed training, model optimization, and system architecture. Collaborate with Research, Product, and Infrastructure teams to define objectives, milestones, and KPIs. Implement best practices in experiment tracking, CI/CD, model governance, and observability. Ensure responsible AI and data security standards are upheld while managing compute resources and cloud budgets. Communicate progress, blockers, and results clearly to leadership and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement AI strategies to drive business growth. Lead cross-functional teams to design, train, and deploy large-scale AI systems. Manage data pipelines, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. Requirements: Proven experience in leading AI projects and teams. Strong technical expertise in machine learning and AI. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
