About the role Key Responsibilities Manage daily studio operations, including check-ins with internal teams and client's leadership Track and support multiple teams (SWE, FWQE, Client QE, and Automation), ensuring alignment and collaboration Monitor team dynamics—identify challenges, resolve conflicts, and promote a clean, organized, and positive work environment Conduct surveys, analyze team feedback, and create actionable strategies to improve team satisfaction and quality of work Mentor and coach team members to develop their quality engineering and professional skills Escalate potential issues or blockers to Side and client's leadership in a timely and constructive manner Manage administrative functions such as tracking shipments, hardware, work hours, census data, and attendance Coordinate recruiting efforts—track hiring needs, follow up with recruiters, and ensure timelines are met Prepare and distribute daily reports summarizing key updates and progress Requirements Exceptional judgment in decision-making Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Skilled in JIRA, including running custom queries and reports Proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, and calendar management Understanding of software development and quality engineering principles Experience with hardware or IT operations is a plus Passionate about continuous improvement and team success What we offer You will be working for the pre-eminent global provider of specialist services to the games industry and provided with full training and the opportunity to work on some of the biggest game clients, titles, projects, and tech in the world.
