Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the management of employee benefits in our Brazilian office. The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation and operation of FLEX benefits, ensuring seamless vendor management, internal communication, and policy definition. This role requires close collaboration with the Compensation & Benefits team to monitor and manage existing benefit programs, such as health plans, meal vouchers, wellness initiatives, and more. The Employee Benefits Manager will be responsible for extracting and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions within the organization. Meticulous attention to detail is crucial in ensuring compliance with local regulations and accurately applying benefit policies. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments, including Payroll, HRBPs, and Legal, to guarantee smooth operations. Maintaining a keen eye on market trends and proposing innovative enhancements will be an essential part of this position. Key Responsibilities Lead or support the implementation of FLEX benefits Monitor and operate all current benefit programs Manage data extraction and reporting Ensure accurate application of benefit policies in alignment with local regulations Work closely with Payroll, HRBPs, and Legal Conduct market research and propose benefit enhancements #J-18808-Ljbffr
