We collaborate with clients to build new banking services and state-of-the-art customer experiences on our open banking platform, helping them operate more sustainably.At Temenos, we have an open-minded and inclusive culture, where everyone has the power to create their own destiny and make a positive contribution to the world of banking and society.**THE ROLE**Are you interested in working in a position providing detailed exposure to the investment fund industry within the environment of a leading international software company, dealing with some of the largest banks and asset managers in the investment fund industry globally, and be an instrumental part of the continued success of our rapidly growing company.As a member of the Multifonds services team, you are assigned on client projects. The nature of those projects varies from implementation of new clients, implementation of new modules or software version upgrade for existing clients.Under the leadership of a project manager, you are in charge of providing consultancy to new and existing clients on the Multifonds Global Investor software, and interact with product and development teams.**OPPORTUNITIES**- You will indentify zfunctionality gaps- You will analyze and review the Business Requirement Documents (BRD’s) and Functional Software Documents (FSD)- You will review client change requests and assess their nature (development request, defect, set up error,) and priority- You will provide to development team exhaustive test cases on detected defects- You will support the migration process (transitioning of funds/investors onto the Multifonds software)- You will deliver client trainings**SKILLS**- You should have 3-5 years of experience within the funds industry- You should have experience within the funds industry, preferably in a similar role within a transfer agency project, or transfer agency support team- You should have kznowledge of Multifonds Global Investor software. Knowledge on trailer fees, hedge funds, private equity or cash management would be an additional asset- You should have client focused mind set- You should have ezxcellent written and verbal communication skills in English- You should have ability to present complex information in a clear and structured way- You should be autonomous, rigorous and well organized- You shouldbe resilient under pressure- You should have ability to work on own initiative and adhere to deadlines, flexible and adaptable- You should be eager to learn and self-train on new business areas within the fund investment industry- You should be ready to travel for business trips**VALUES**- ** Care** about Multifonds development, architecture- ** Collaborate** with the wider Temenos teams- ** Challenge** the business to develop
