What You'll Do Epic Games is searching for an exceptional Benefits Coordinator to join our global Benefits team. In this role, you will develop and utilize a comprehensive understanding of non-US benefits administration (with a focus on Brazil), provide excellent service as a point of contact across the company, troubleshoot diverse challenges, and assist with day-to-day benefit plan operations. By doing so, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and wellness of our global team. In this role, you will Be the first point of contact, addressing and escalating day to day benefit inquiries from Epic’s employees in Brazil Perform new hire benefits orientation meetings and coordinate benefits enrollment (new hires, terminations, etc.) Coordinate with, support and partner with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient benefit plan administration (health and dental insurance, pension, transportation and meal vouchers, etc.) Communications, billing and invoicing support Ongoing assistance with required medical exams (admission, dismissal, and periodic exams Maintain digital storage of plan documents and employee resource while maintaining HIPAA/GDPR/LGPD compliance Language proficiency in both Portuguese and English What we're looking for Excellent interpersonal skills. We pride ourselves on timely, responsive, accurate, and thorough service Collaboration, to be successful, we work together and partner with numerous stakeholders every day Detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational and time management skills Trust, we regularly deal with sensitive information and confidentiality is paramount Flexibility to manage ambiguity, pivot, and adapt to evolving business or client needs Comfort with a fast-paced work environment 2 years or more of relevant benefits administration experience with a focus on Brazil benefits Understanding of standard regulations and compliance practices related to benefit plans Familiarity with an HRIS (we use Senor in Brazil and Workday in other locations) Excel or Google Sheets experience EPIC JOB + EPIC BENEFITS = EPIC LIFE We pay 100% for benefits for both employees (EEs) and dependents (deps). Our current benefits package includes coverage for medical, dental, and life insurance. We also offer supplemental benefits including daily meal vouchers, and commuter benefits for onsite employees.
