Front-Office Developer We are seeking an experienced front-office developer to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who can design, develop and implement robust front-office solutions across asset classes. This individual will be responsible for working closely with trading, operations and business teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. The successful candidate will apply sound design and architecture principles using data structures and algorithms for performance. A key aspect of this role is staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly within algorithmic and electronic trading platforms. This position also involves analyzing and resolving system bottlenecks, performance issues and application bugs. About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for a talented front-office developer to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that meet the needs of clients in real-time trading and risk management. Requirements Strong programming skills in Java, including experience with electronic trading platforms. Hands-on experience with unit testing and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of one or more of the following areas: equities, FX, rates, credit and derivatives is desirable. In-depth understanding of multithreading, memory management and low-latency systems. Solid grasp of design and architecture principles, common data structures and algorithms complexity. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, tools like Intellij, JIRA and Confluence and version control in Git. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
