Project Manager Role

This is an opportunity to lead high-visibility projects that span borders and deliver tangible impact. You'll work at the forefront of global connectivity, managing the delivery of infrastructure that underpins international business and communication.

A successful Infrastructure Delivery Specialist will be responsible for delivering complex leased line and private line connectivity projects across multiple carriers and geographies. This role requires someone who thrives on coordination, problem-solving, and hands-on delivery, ensuring that critical infrastructure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering leased line / data connectivity projects, with experience working with MPLS backbone and local loop delivery, EVPL rollouts, or submarine cable projects. They will be skilled at coordinating multiple suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders simultaneously, with strong customer-facing and negotiation skills.

The selected individual will be responsible for:

  • Delivering multi-carrier physical connectivity projects (MPLS, EVPL, IEPL, submarine cable).
  • MAPPING physical topologies and supplier demarcation points, ensuring clear ownership boundaries.
  • Coordinating and escalating with suppliers, driving accountability across complex delivery chains.
  • Handling on-site execution challenges, including access, permits, and construction issues.
  • Managing cross-border or international deliveries, including licensing and multi-country coordination.
  • Acting as a trusted customer-facing representative, managing expectations, providing updates, and handling escalations.
