Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers- Collaborating with other Design System managers and cross-functional teams- Oversee the software development lifecycle for seamless delivery- Provide technical guidance in TypeScript and Vue.js- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices- Stay informed about new web technologies and trends
Projects:- Improve accessibility for tabular data (Grids)- Modernize charting experiences- Enhance self-service support with Generative AI
**Required Skills**:- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks like Vue or React- Must have Fluency in English, both written and verbal.- Passionate about enabling developers
Highly Desired:
- Knowledge of WCAG and web accessibility- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JS, and WAI-ARIA- Familiarity with NodeJS, automated testing, CI/CD, cloud providers- Open-source project experience

Education:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
