Job Title : On-Site Technical Support Engineer Location : Brasília, Brazil Employment Type : Ad Hoc / On-Call Expected Workload : Approximately 1 visit per month (average 4 regular support hours / month) Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and responsive Technical Support Engineer to provide critical on-site support to our clinet Tiktok in Brasilia. This role involves addressing urgent technical issues and performing necessary maintenance during focused, time-bound assignments. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who excels under pressure and can deliver effective solutions within 12 to 24-hour service windows. Key Responsibilities Provide timely on-site technical support and maintenance for designated systems and equipment in Brasilia. Respond to ad hoc service requests and resolve issues within a 12 to 24-hour assignment window. Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and system updates as required. Escalate complex technical problems to remote engineering teams and coordinate until resolution. Accurately document service activities, issues, and solutions in the company's service management system. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines. Provide basic technical guidance or training to local end-users if necessary. Qualifications & Skills Technical Skill Level Required: Level 2 (advanced troubleshooting, system configuration, hardware/software support, network fundamentals). Proven hands‑on experience in field technical support, IT service delivery, or a related role. Familiar with Mac OS system (80% are Mac OS systems, 20% are Windows Systems). Strong ability to work autonomously, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks during short-notice assignments. Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese proficiency is a strong advantage). Must be located in or near Brasilia and available for on-site visits, sometimes with short notice. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, Cisco CCNA) are preferred. Working Conditions Service window : 12–24 hours per assignment, scheduled on an ad hoc basis. Monthly expectation : Approximately 1 on-site visit per month, with potential for occasional remote support.
