Job Description The Tax Senior / Manager will be responsible for the management of indirect taxes, tax compliance and tax planning, ensuring compliance with current legislation and the optimization of the tax burden; Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of all tax returns (direct and indirect taxes), including PIS / COFINS, ICMS, ISS, etc. Monitor tax compliance processes and work closely with internal accounting and finance teams to ensure tax obligations are met. Manage and respond to federal, state, and municipal tax audits, including coordinating documentation and liaising with auditors and tax authorities. Analyze changes in Brazilian tax legislation and assess potential business impacts, providing recommendations for compliance. Desired Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law. Advanced degree or CPA certification preferred. Solid experience in indirect taxes, tax compliance and tax planning; Knowledge in Tax reform; Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with different stakeholders; Language Fluent in Portuguese (native proficiency).
