This position blends logistics expertise with supply chain insight and customer relationship management to drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities* Develop and execute strategies to improve revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency across LATAM supply chain operations.* Act as the voice of the customer by leading regular reviews on SLA performance, CTQ (Critical-to-Quality) metrics, and identifying value-added opportunities.* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to define KPIs, track performance, and report outcomes to stakeholders.* Ensure seamless coordination between Sales and Operations for order management, product launches, and quarter-end activities.* Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and operational efficiency.* Drive change management initiatives to challenge industry norms and unlock new value streams.* Analyze and improve existing processes using data-driven insights and business excellence methodologies.* Coordinate initiatives to ensure compliance with all quality, legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.* Build and maintain strong relationships with LATAM customers, ensuring alignment with service expectations.* Coordinate import and export activities for LATAM region, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.* Manage documentation and logistics for shipments, including customs clearance and transportation.Qualifications* Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably in the medical device industry.* Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics.* Proven experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.* Fluent in English and advanced proficiency in Spanish as well as Portuguese.Technical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is preferred.Reasoning & Analytical AbilityStrong critical thinking and root cause analysis skills. Ability to navigate complex, non-standardized situations with sound judgment and attention to detail.Work EnvironmentHybrid work model based in São Paulo, SP.
