The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional administrative support strategies for international offices, enhancing client satisfaction through standardized and customized service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive administrative support plans for overseas offices, ensuring seamless delivery of services and continuous improvement.
  • Establish robust lifecycle process systems and quality operational standards for international offices, including office setup, 5S management, workplace safety, and emergency response protocols.
  • Consolidate and implement these standards across all overseas locations, monitoring performance and making necessary adjustments.
