QUATRE is seeking a senior professional for the role of Director . JOB DESCRIPTIONSpecific Responsibilities: Represent shareholders of the company in Brazil. Act as the legal representative of the company in Brazil, managing business activities, foreign investment receipt, currency liquidation, bank operations, and ensuring adherence to Brazilian laws. Represent the company as a global player. Maintain 100% service levels in operations. Ensure speed and accuracy in laboratory operations. Develop cost-effective strategies to provide value-added services. Ensure statutory and safety compliance. Obtain necessary accreditations. Maintain cost-effectiveness and proper accounting. Build and develop an effective team. Perform any other duties assigned by management. ProfileTechnical Skills and Characteristics: Background in Science; Engineering degree is desirable. Knowledge of technical service sales related to the mining industry. Strong network connections with major industry players. Behavioral Traits: Strong leadership with entrepreneurial and hands-on skills. People-oriented, capable of developing and prospecting industry relationships. Persistent and resilient to frustrations.
