In this role you will: ORACLE Cloud, Hybrid in Sao Paulo Responsibilities Experience in Oracle Cloud Support (TAX). Explain real-life scenarios or challenges encountered during support and how they were fixed. Describe a day in the life of a support analyst. Understand how integration from outside applications works into Oracle Cloud. Experience in Month End Close process. Willing to come to the office 2 days a week if needed. Advanced English. Must-Have Broad experience in cloud implementations and support. Senior resources with hands-on capabilities to configure Oracle Cloud TAX for Brazil localization. Oracle Cloud tax configuration, calculation, and management of required company registration numbers. Very good understanding of Brazil-related localization in Oracle Cloud. Good-to-Have Ability to work independently with customers. Agile way of working. Responsibilities / Expectations Issue resolution and fixes. Collaborate and meet with users to understand the issue. Work with Oracle on service requests. Collaborate with Global Support team located in India for smooth issue resolution. Period close activities. What can you expect from us?
