2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants We are looking for an experienced Lead SAP SF Onboarding Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will focus on implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions, with an emphasis on technical configurations, system integrations, and end-user support. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with clients in similar time zones, ensuring effective communication and successful project outcomes. Responsibilities Understand the integration points and data flow between SAP modules and external systems like payroll Oversee Role-Based Permissions to ensure users have appropriate access levels Configure settings in Provisioning, activate necessary features, and manage job creation and execution Identify and resolve system errors by analyzing logs and timestamps Develop and manage advanced business rules tailored to client needs Address language translation requirements for global implementation projects Create custom processes, email notifications, and tasks to improve onboarding workflows Map and load PDF forms to system fields using PDF editor tools Conduct thorough testing of configurations before handing them over to the business or end users Analyze customer business requirements and translate them into actionable configuration plans Propose alternative configuration solutions to meet business objectives effectively Follow the SAP Activate Methodology, project plans, and workbook guidelines to ensure successful project delivery Set clear expectations for deliverables, timelines, and follow through on commitments Maintain a learning mindset by researching solutions to challenges and sharing insights with the team Communicate clearly with stakeholders to address configuration challenges and foster collaborative problem-solving Demonstrate system configurations to customers and confidently lead demos Ensure configurations meet requirements through rigorous testing Manage multiple project requests from various stakeholders, including project managers and offshore teams Provide timely updates on project progress and maintain strong time management skills Requirements At least 5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly SAP SF Employee Central and SAP SF Onboarding Minimum of 1 year of experience leading and managing development teams Comprehensive understanding of integration points and data flow between SAP modules and external systems like payroll Hands-on experience with Provisioning, including activating features and managing job execution Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues using system logs and timestamps Expertise in designing and implementing advanced business rules Familiarity with language translation processes for global implementations Experience in creating custom workflows, email templates, and tasks to enhance processes Proficiency in mapping and loading PDF forms to system fields using PDF editing tools Strong ability to test configurations thoroughly to ensure alignment with requirements Analytical skills to translate business needs into technical configurations Capability to recommend alternative solutions to achieve desired outcomes Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology and best practices for project management Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and customers Confident in presenting system configurations and leading customer demos Fluent in English, both written and spoken, at a B2+ level or higher Nice to have Experience working with SAP SF Recruiting Management We offer International projects with top brands Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology, Engineering, and Business Development Industries Software Development, IT Services and IT Consulting, and Technology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
