Intermediate Mechanical Engineer role at Ausenco in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, within the Minerals & Metals Business line.
Responsibilities- Responsible for the development and control of mechanical industrial projects
- Manage and review the preparation of mechanical layouts, conceptual, basic, and detailed designs
- Control resources required for project development, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Participate in meetings to interface between disciplines and international consultants, applying technical solutions
- Support economic engineering, procurement, and project implementation teams
- Review and control the preparation of engineering documents and schedules
- Conduct design review sessions and interface between disciplines and clients
- Support economic engineering, procurement, and project implementation teams
- Experience in the development of large and medium-scale Mining projects in 2D and 3D BIM
- Knowledge in equipment sizing for bulk material handling and transport, as well as boiler calculations
- Knowledge in mineral processing
- Managerial profile with strong ability to lead technical and technological matters
- Good communication skills and articulate demeanor
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
