The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.We are looking for an Account Director to join our team in contributing to successful client relationships with corporate clients in small markets. You will be responsible for ensuring clients renew their contracts with LinkedIn's Talent and Learning services, and for establishing good relationships to increase their overall spending with us. You will focus on a portfolio of client accounts to ensure engagement in products and value through multithreading, discovery, training, and ultimately guaranteeing that the investment made in LinkedIn's solutions best meets the clients' needs.Responsibilities:
Execute SMB account contract renewals that maximize contract value while protecting and enhancing the customer relationshipOwn, drive, and manage the renewal process for a high volume of customersIdentify customer requirements, uncover roadblocks, and demonstrate strong account management capabilities to drive renewal to on-time closureIdentify new opportunities for growth to increase Share of Wallet with LinkedIn's Hiring and Learning solutionsProvide executive management with complete visibility to renewals and solicit executive involvement as requiredCommunicate risk clearly and develop resolution strategiesAccurately maintain a quarterly forecast of renewals in your territoryQualificationsBasic Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in sales1+ years of experience in customer relationship managementFluency in PortuguesePreferred Qualifications:
Work proficiency in EnglishExperience with recruiting/HR softwareProficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)Experience with negotiation skills that allow for value-based contract negotiations at the senior levelExcellent communication, project, time, and customer management skillsDemonstrated ability to find, manage, and close enterprise businesses in an evangelistic sales environmentExperience in sales forecast accuracy processSuggested Skills:
