Job Description: O Business Insight Partner (BIP) atuará como um parceiro estratégico do time comercial da Imunologia, com foco na Reumatologia, sendo responsável por coletar, interpretar e converter informações de mercado em direcionamentos estratégicos para o mercado de imunologia. Assumirá um papel consultivo, transformando dados e informações de mercado em recomendações acionáveis, apoiando a elaboração de estratégias comerciais e maximizando resultados de negócio. Principais responsabilidades Liderar as discussões com os times de marketing sobre os modelos comerciais de projeção do mercado de imunologia, através de projeções de curto e longo prazo; Coletar, organizar e analisar dados para gerar insights estratégicos e apoiar decisões comerciais; Conduzir análises de segmentação médica para suporte às estratégias de Marketing; Coordenar e executar estudos de mercado, seguindo processos internos (Farmacovigilância, Compliance, Compras, Jurídico); Atuar como representante de BI nos Brand Teams e comitês, compreendendo necessidades de negócio e informações de mercado; Suportar a força de vendas com em necessidades e dúvidas sobre os sistemas internos, relatórios, além de realizar treinamentos quando necessário. Responsável pelo desenvolvimento de relatórios e análises estratégicas que permitam o alinhamento dos recursos à estratégia da companhia. Gerenciar a definição, monitoramento e análise dos indicadores de produtividade e desempenho da força de vendas de forma recorrente para o time comercial; Liderar os processos de targeting e deployment da força de vendas, assegurando a melhor alocação de recursos e alinhamento territorial das equipes. Qualifications Ensino superior completo em Administração de Empresas, Economia, Estatística, Marketing, Publicidade, Farmácia ou áreas correlatas; Participação ativa em projetos de pesquisa de mercado em indústria farmacêutica; Vivência com análise de dados de mercado, projeções, metodologias de pesquisa de mercado, efetividade na indústria farmacêutica; Diferencial: Domínio de bancos de dados secundários (auditorias de mercado como IQVIA, Close-Up, entre outras); Experiência com pesquisa de mercado (ad-hoc), projeções de demanda e segmentação de médicos; Excel avançado; Inglês avançado.
