What you will do- Lead the architecture and development of low/no-code solutions to support safe and isolated developer forking flows
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers, fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Ensure high-quality code through design reviews, code reviews, and adherence to best practices
- Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation
- Champion innovation and technical excellence while balancing delivery timelines and business goals
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, with deep expertise in Java, Spring and React
- 3+ years of leadership experience (Tech Lead, Architect, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, system design, and distributed systems
- Experience in designing secure, multi-tenant, and scalable SaaS solutions
- Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architectures, and domain-driven design
- Hands-on experience with modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, cloud platforms)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills , able to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions in a fast-paced environment with clear delivery goals
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Experience with low-code / no-code platforms or workflow automation tools
- Knowledge of frontend state management (Redux, Context API, etc.) and UI/UX considerations
