Overview Project Manager - Governance at Candidata ai. We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on IT Governance Project Manager to join a multinational consumer goods company. This role requires strong critical thinking, organizational ability, and the talent to turn data into actionable insights. You’ll act as a key link between operations and leadership, helping drive alignment and decision-making across teams. Responsibilities Lead governance forums, meetings, and rituals, ensuring alignment across departments Gather, organize, and analyze data from various projects, maintaining data integrity Update dashboards, KPIs, and both operational and executive reports using Power BI and Excel Create strategic materials to support leadership and global teams Communicate effectively across technical and business areas, with active listening and clear articulation Requirements Proven experience in IT governance, PMO, data analysis, or portfolio management Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and collaborative tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized, with strong communication skills Experience working in structured corporate environments Background in transformation or governance structuring projects Ability to translate data into strategic and visual narratives Advanced or fluent English Nice To Have Experience as a PMO Involvement in digital transformation projects Strong data storytelling skills Work Model Hybrid (3x/week on-site) – São Paulo/SP (Av.
