Overview
Project Manager - Governance at Candidata ai. We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on IT Governance Project Manager to join a multinational consumer goods company. This role requires strong critical thinking, organizational ability, and the talent to turn data into actionable insights. You’ll act as a key link between operations and leadership, helping drive alignment and decision-making across teams.
Responsibilities- Lead governance forums, meetings, and rituals, ensuring alignment across departments
- Gather, organize, and analyze data from various projects, maintaining data integrity
- Update dashboards, KPIs, and both operational and executive reports using Power BI and Excel
- Create strategic materials to support leadership and global teams
- Communicate effectively across technical and business areas, with active listening and clear articulation
- Proven experience in IT governance, PMO, data analysis, or portfolio management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and collaborative tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized, with strong communication skills
- Experience working in structured corporate environments
- Background in transformation or governance structuring projects
- Ability to translate data into strategic and visual narratives
- Advanced or fluent English
- Experience as a PMO
- Involvement in digital transformation projects
- Strong data storytelling skills
Hybrid (3x/week on-site) – São Paulo/SP (Av. Juscelino Kubitschek area)
