The Role
Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge as an Account Management Partner with Kyndryl? We are looking for a dynamic individual who can revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth, and boost profitability. You’ll create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections, building trusted relationships with top-level executives. You will drive proactive account growth, focus on selling new offerings, and minimize erosion in renewals to help our largest accounts flourish. You’ll develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies, identify and qualify new opportunities, and deliver tailor-made solutions that cater to each customer’s needs. You’ll collaborate with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process, lead portfolio or strategic accounts, generate new opportunities, and expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities. You’ll build a strong go-to-market pipeline with partners to pursue and win new deals, and you’ll bring industry-leading knowledge to position Kyndryl as a market leader. As the owner of the account P&L, you’ll ensure customer satisfaction and successful outcomes, maintaining integrity and account compliance.

Required Skills And Experience
- Experience running account P&L
- Experience in customer acquisition, hunting sales role and end-to-end sales cycle from identification and qualification through contract negotiation and signing
- Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
- Ability to create and manage budgets for business development activities
- Open-minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
- Sales experience in technical solutions including projects involving cloud transformation, data-driven initiatives and cybersecurity
- Good English communication skills to handle meetings with clients, partners and coworkers
- Bachelor's Degree
