Assist in financial management, including budgeting and cost control. Track inventory levels, manage supplies, and reduce wastage. Organize team meetings to discuss performance goals and service improvements. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and operational efficiency. Contribute to marketing and promotional initiatives for the eatery. Support senior management with administrative and strategic tasks. Handle confidential information with discretion. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in food service or restaurant management. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in inventory management and financial planning. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
