AI Model Engineer Opportunity We are seeking an experienced AI Model Engineer to join our team in Brasil. This role involves designing, training, and deploying artificial intelligence models that power autonomous exception resolution, anomaly detection, and explainable insights. Key Responsibilities: Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy AI models for production. Develop pipelines using vector databases and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP. Implement prompt engineering, optimization, and safety techniques for agentic AI interactions. Collaborate with data engineering to maintain data pipelines for AI workloads. Conduct feature engineering and embeddings generation on structured and unstructured data. Implement model monitoring, drift detection, and retraining pipelines. Explore emerging AI architectures and multi-agent orchestration patterns. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, data science, product, and engineering teams.
