Senior Database Administrator - Remote - Latin America FullStack invites applications for the Senior Database Administrator position available for remote work across Latin America. This role supports U.S. clients on flexible, project‑based assignments. We prioritize transparency, fair opportunities, and professional growth. Responsibilities Integrate into client teams, collaborating daily with designers and engineers. Design, implement, and maintain SQL Server and Azure SQL solutions, ensuring high availability and performance. Develop and manage SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or comparable ETL pipelines. Build and maintain data warehouses, dimensional models, and CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions. Tune T‑SQL queries and monitor database performance. Contribute to libraries, documentation, and process improvements. Work through complex issues, providing ownership and solutions for clients. Qualifications 7+ years of professional SQL Server administration experience. Advanced proficiency in English. Successful completion of a four‑year college degree. Deep expertise in Azure SQL solutions and high‑availability architectures. Strong T‑SQL and performance tuning skills. Hands‑on experience with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or similar ETL tools. Experience with data warehousing and dimensional modeling. Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions. Familiarity with Python, Spark, or other modern data tools. Industry certifications and experience in regulated environments (insurance/finance). Agile/Scrum experience and ability to work on large, complex systems. Strong ownership, problem‑solving, and attention to detail. Ability to commit to 40 hours per week. Benefits Competitive pay. 100% remote work.
