Funciones del cargo Desarrollar y mantener servicios backend utilizando Java, asegurando un código limpio, eficiente y escalable. Construir interfaces web en React, priorizando usabilidad, rendimiento y consistencia en la experiencia de usuario. Diseñar e implementar funciones serverless utilizando AWS Lambda, integradas con distintos servicios de AWS. Administrar y optimizar bases de datos NoSQL, especialmente AWS DynamoDB, incluyendo modelado y consultas de alto rendimiento. Integrar frontend y backend mediante APIs REST bien estructuradas. Participar en reuniones técnicas en inglés, colaborando con equipos internacionales. Contribuir en todo el ciclo de desarrollo, desde el análisis técnico, coding, pruebas unitarias y documentación, hasta el despliegue en ambientes cloud. Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos de producto, QA, DevOps y arquitectura para asegurar entregas de calidad dentro del plazo del proyecto. Aplicar buenas prácticas de ingeniería, incluyendo Git, code reviews, pruebas automatizadas y principios de arquitectura limpia. Proponer mejoras de eficiencia, seguridad y escalabilidad a nivel técnico y de proceso. Requerimientos del cargo Requisitos Técnicos Experiencia sólida en Java (prioridad backend). Experiencia comprobable en React para aplicaciones web. Conocimiento práctico de AWS Lambda y flujos serverless. Experiencia con AWS DynamoDB. Experiencia con APIs REST y arquitectura de microservicios. Manejo intermedio-avanzado o avanzado de inglés (indispensable), tanto oral como escrito, para la comunicación diaria. Experiencia con Git.
