role description

we are looking for a passionate English tutor to join our team remotely on a contract basis. as an English tutor at b.side solutions, you'll provide online tutoring sessions to clients with diverse linguistic abilities, creating a safe and confidential space for them to open up and learn more effectively. you’ll play a key role in shifting the traditional "English class" mindset, encouraging clients to communicate freely and confidently.

qualifications

strong English teaching and tutoring skillsexperience in online tutoring, particularly using Google toolssolid understanding of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and punctuationexcellent communication skills, especially in listening, as we aim for our clients to talk and develop their language skillseffective time management and organizational skills (proficiency with Google Calendar and Docs is a must)genuine curiosity about people’s interests and livesbachelor's degree in English, education, linguistics, or a related fieldlanguage certification is a plus
