AI Conversational Designer

Job Duties Understand customer business requirements and work with project teams to provide tailored Talkbot solutions on the WIZ AI Talkbot Platform, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule. Develop and implement test suites to check AI conversations on the WIZ talkbot platform, oversee the corpus validation, conduct exploratory testing, and coordinate pilot tests with customer teams. Monitor and maintain the AI conversation experience, resolve user feedback issues, and determine underlying causes. Build and maintain a database of industry-specific conversation scripts based on completed projects, continuously updating and improving the content to enhance AI conversational abilities. Work with clients to identify the text responses they require for the talkbot. Create text responses designed to enhance user interactions with the bot. Update and refine text responses according to customer feedback and interaction patterns. Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in conversation design, product management, customer success manager, business analyst, chatbot designer. Demonstrated experience in defining and optimizing conversation design workflows and processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven expertise in a leadership or managerial role, including leading project teams and mentoring colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to design and optimization. Experience with software, chatbot, or analyst testing is a significant plus. Why Wiz.AI?
