Job Opportunity: Enablement Process Specialist The Enablement Process Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the operational backbone of our internal training systems is efficient, effective, and aligned with our business objectives. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining the single source of truth for internal processes, training curricula, templates, and onboarding structures. Key Responsibilities: Process Documentation & Knowledge Extraction Extract tribal knowledge from team members through interviews and workflow observations. Translate informal processes into clear documentation, SOPs, and structured modules. Maintain an organized, version-controlled process repository. Template Governance & Content Maintenance Own the lifecycle and organization of SVS materials, Go-to-Market assets, and Internal consulting templates. Audit and update templates on a defined cadence. Enforce consistency, version control, and internal standards for all materials. Training Curriculum & LMS Development Convert existing training materials into structured LMS modules. Build quizzes, assessments, practice exercises, and progress tracking workflows. Maintain curriculum versions and ensure training content remains aligned to current methodology. Onboarding Coordination Develop a structured onboarding flow for new consultants. Ensure every new hire follows the correct learning path and completes required modules. Track onboarding progress and report on readiness or gaps. Learning Path Compliance & Monitoring Monitor consultant participation in learning paths. Follow up on incomplete modules and escalate when needed. Maintain dashboards or tracking sheets for enablement completion. ,
