Overview We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to drive the implementation of strategic projects for our operations in Brazil. In this role, you will be accountable for designing and implementing high-impact projects and helping to enhance problem-solving skills within the team. This role suits professionals with strong problem-solving skills who want to tackle high-impact projects to improve patient experience, scale our operations, expand categories, and ensure financial sustainability. If you like to dive into cross-company problems and implement solutions with our teams, this role is for you What you\'ll do Solve problems: Collaborate with colleagues from several teams to identify and address operational challenges, with a focus on designing, implementing, and scaling processes Drive operational excellence: Guarantee quality of our operations through supply chain, patient experience and financial management best practices Expand our business: Work with Category, Product and Tech teams (among others) to design and implement operational processes to enable the launch of new business categories Build and innovate: Develop and experiment with new approaches, utilising data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimise solutions Learn and iterate: Assess both operational and financial implications of initiatives, leveraging insights to iterate and improve strategies over time What We Offer Generous stock option plan Private medical insurance plan (Amil S750) Access to English learning platform with 1 class hour per week Gym and wellness benefit with Wellhub Hybrid role based in São Paulo, with 1 week per month of in-person working (usually last week of the month) 22 business days of vacation A growing team with plenty of opportunities for progression, ownership of goals and a direct impact to MANUAL Join in the early stages of one of the most promising scale-ups in the health & wellness space We are destigmatising how people approach their health by offering easy access to diagnostics, a holistic range of treatments, ongoing care and medical advice, as well as a community to help proactively improve one\'s health and wellbeing.
