A equipe de People desempenha um papel organizacional crucial na Merama, esse time é fundamental para o crescimento, e à medida que nosso negócio se expande, aumenta também a necessidade de desenvolver e apoiar nossos colaboradores. Buscamos uma pessoa apaixonada por pessoas, que nos ajude na gestão do ciclo administrativo e trabalhista da jornada dos nosso colaboradores.



Sobre o papel:


• Suportar todos os processos de operações de pessoas, incluindo folha de pagamento, controle de ponto, benefícios, férias, onboarding, offboarding.

• Garantir que todos os pagamentos sejam calculados e processados com precisão, dentro do prazo e de acordo com os requisitos de conformidade legal.

• Gestão de benefícios, incluindo plano de saúde, vale-refeição, reembolsos e pagamento de fornecedores.

• Preparar documentos de RH, como contratos de trabalho, aditivos, alterações e outros.

• Colaborar com a equipe financeira para garantir que as aprovações sejam fornecidas prontamente para pagamentos de colaboradores.

• Manter e atualizar registros de funcionários no sistema de maneira precisa e confidencial.

• Responder dúvidas e resolver questões relacionadas à área de operações de pessoas.



Procuramos alguém que tenha:

  • Graduação em Recursos Humanos, Administração de Empresas ou áreas afins.
  • Mais de 5 anos de experiência em operações de RH ou função semelhante.
  • Conhecimento das leis e regulamentos de RH.
