Team Management:

• Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and operational requirements.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training and development needs for team members.

Facility Maintenance and Repair:

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of all facilities and equipment within the region.
• Develop comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
• Coordinate with facility managers and vendors to schedule and prioritize repair activities.

Regulatory Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on relevant codes, laws, and industry trends to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Implement and monitor safety programs, policies, and procedures.

Capital Projects Management:

• Lead and manage capital projects, including expansions, renovations, and upgrades, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop project plans, oversee implementation, and ensure quality of work.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Operational Efficiency:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs within the region.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure and track operational performance.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with regional directors, facility managers, and cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and building strong relationships.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A professional engineering license is preferred.
• Minimum of (number of years) years of experience in engineering management, preferably in a similar role within the facilities management or real estate industry.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
• Experience with capital project management, including budgeting, planning, and vendor management.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory codes and standards relevant to facilities management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
• Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software, facility management systems, and other relevant software applications.

Estimated total compensation for this position: 156,000.00 – 204,000.00 USD per year.
