The Opportunity

Join our talent network to connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based work as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer. You will work directly with clients, collaborating with their designers and engineers daily.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience developing and customizing solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Four-year college degree.
  • Proven experience as a D365 Developer, focusing on system modifications.
  • Proficiency in X++ programming within D365 Finance and Operations.
  • Understanding of D365 architecture, modules, and data structures.
  • Experience with integration frameworks and APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Power Platform tools is a plus.
  • Attention to detail, positive attitude, and ownership mindset.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum teams and large systems.
  • Ability to work 40 hours weekly.
